Ben Johnston in Residence

You may have noticed some of his pieces around the office, including our A&M mural or the custom neon sign that’s so bright you can see from Etobicoke at night. Or maybe you’ve seen a client commissioned piece much like the 30’ x 40’ exterior mural at Moosehead’s new Small Batch Brewery in Saint John. You may also be one of his 65K Instagram followers. However you know him, it’s great to have him in our space. As an Artist/Designer in residence, Ben continues to build and grow his portfolio while having access to our design group taking advantage of peer review and to discuss concepts and design challenges. In-resident creatives at A&M are mutually beneficial shared space relationships, meant to keep everyone exposed to new and different ways of thinking to approach various creative challenges. It’s a useful way to keep things lively and vibrant, and we’re looking forward to more relationships like this in the future.

Ben is super inspiring to us with regards to both his creative output as well as his work ethic. Have a look at his website which you can explore here.
