The Employee Benefits Company, or TEB/CO as you may know it today, is not your regular everyday benefits company. Its founder shares a common belief with A&M about the value of design in creating a better business. This project was a testament to the value of collaboration.

We worked closely with the stakeholder team during the initial strategy and research phases to understand the category, identify the white space and build consumer insights into the process. Though the primary engagement point is digital, there are a number of paper-based materials required for a benefits business. Extension of the brand has grown over time with the business, and the identity remains unique and relevant to this day.

Building a new business is a lot easier with partners like A&M.
