Formally known as Rock80, an older commercial building gets a facelift and a brand new identity. Working with the building’s owner, Northbridge Capital, The Mark is the culmination of a brand renovation project that explored the evolution of commercial real estate in New Jersey to understand the key insights that informed long-term leasing decisions. By understanding what commercial tenants valued, we could help design an experience that met the needs of the modern office worker and project out how that experience would continue to evolve in the future. The location of the building ensured a number of key elements were part of the experience, including access to major highways and infrastructure, as well as retail, parking and building amenities
